Warranty, Shipping and Returns

Warranty

Zulueta Air Conditioning Corp. provides a year warranty on A/C repair (non-electrical) done at our location. This includes the replacement of any damaged part(s) that was purchased at the time of the repair as long as it is within the year. Parts sold at our store or online do not have any warranty. Additionally, any electrical part(s) or service(s) does not have any warranty.

Shipping

Free shipping and handling inside the US.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View service the same evening. This email includes an estimated arrival date. To view your shipping details, click on the highlighted link.

Please be advised that carriers will not ship to a P.O. Box address; a physical address is required. We do not ship C.O.D (cash on delivery).

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain an inventory of each product, it is possible that we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of (1) canceling the out-of-stock items, (2) holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or (3) receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged or lost in transit products must be made to the respective carrier.

Returns

Do not return merchandise without contacting us first, all returns must have prior approval. Any merchandise received without prior approval will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.

Please email our returns department at zuluetaairconditioning9790@gmail.com with the subject line "Request Return". In the body of the email, include your name, reason for return, and invoice number.

Please keep the following information in mind as it applies to your return. Merchandise can be returned within 21 days of the original ship date for any reason provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must be in saleable condition. Any product that is over 21 days of the original ship date is non-returnable.

All authorized returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being issued. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns. There are no refunds or returns on special order parts, electrical parts, this includes compressor clutch assemblies and clutch coils. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No credit will be issued for shipping charges.
